The majority of our services are provided at no charge to you. There are some items that require an additional fee, and these will be discussed with you prior to signing any contracts, etc

- Working with hotel to reserve venue, etc - No Charge
- Negotiation discounted room block prices - No Charge
- Wedding website design and hosting - No Charge
- Booking of individual hotel rooms, payment processing, etc. for guests - No Charge
- Managing contract and rooming lists - No Charge
- Arranging airport transfers/shuttles - No Charge
- Booking of airline tickets for guests - $25 per ticket fee MAY be charged
- Booking and organization for excursions/tours for wedding party and guests- No Charge
- Agent onsite for wedding/events - No actual charge, however, travel and lodging to be paid by client depending on the circumstances..
