Touchdown in the dynamic capital of Beijing! After your journey, hotel rooms will be available for afternoon check-in—perfect for a little rest and refresh before stepping out to explore.

Today is yours to discover at your own pace. Whether you wander through vibrant streets, sample local cuisine, or simply soak in the energy of this incredible city, your China adventure has officially begun.

With a history spanning over 3,000 years, Beijing has served as the political and cultural heart of China for centuries. Once the seat of imperial power during the Ming and Qing dynasties, the city is home to world-renowned landmarks like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square—symbols of China’s rich past and evolving present.

Day #8 - April 10, 2026
Chengdu - Chongqing and Yangtze River Cruise

This evening, join your Captain for a welcome party and dinner, a perfect way to meet fellow travelers and toast the start of your Yangtze adventure.

We will work with you if you would like to visit Spain prior to Morocco. Jarod will be doing this and it will help ease the time change. The plan is to arrive into Madrid on the 30th and fly to Casablanca on the 2nd of April and stay at an airport hotel in Casablanca. Our tour will pick us up in the morning of the 3rd to start our city tour and start our time in Morocco! If you are interested, let me know! Below is what we are looking at:

March 30: Arrive Madrid and overnight. City exploration depending on arrival time. 
March 31: City excursions and tours (tours optional)
April 1: Trip to Segovia or Toledo (optional). Possible group dinner for Paella at local establishment (optional)
April 2: Flight to Morocco around 4pm and overnight by Morocco airport
​April 3: Pick up by tour company and start of Morocco portion

Price: If traveling solo: $997 per person
If sharing a room, $597 per person

Air from Madrid to Casablanca will be approximately. $100-$200.

Hotel on arrival in Casablanca will be approximately: $140 per room
